Mike Jenns Leaves RDO after 46 Years
Mike has been a popular and essential ingredient to the success over the years of RDO. Mike is, and has always been a real character as you can see. This photograph was taken when we were trying to win a window display promotion for the then new Miele pearl vacuum cleaner. We failed to win as the German judges refused our application saying it was insulting! Humbug!
Mikes sense of humour and quick wit will be greatly missed by staff, suppliers and customers alike. We all feel very sad that Mike is leaving the company but very happy that he has found a wonderful place to live at his new home in Littlehampton.

The earliest photo we could find goes back to 1970 when Mike and the team landed a win on the football pools. £4000… may not seem a lot of money now, but back then you could have bought a 3 bedroom semi with that! Mike bought an orange VW beetle with his winnings.
