I was just having a look around Pricerunner at the WML520P Hotpoint washing machine…There are over 40 retailers offering this product ranging in price from £229.00 up to £380! For such a cheap machine that is one hell of a difference in price.
Are the guys selling it at £380 being too greedy? Do they offer a far better service if something goes wrong than anyone else?
With so many retailers in the kitchen appliance market at the moment its tough to see who stands out so I thought a poll would be order….

I think most people buying online will tend to go with the cheapest price on offer. Surely that is the key attraction to the internet.
If above and beyond customer service was sought – you’d probably be better off supporting the small-run family seller on the high street.
